Huddle

Twenty minutes. Everyone leaves with their own list. Nobody writes it up.

Huddle is a shared, mobile-first app for a ward's weekly missionary coordination meeting. It holds the handful of things the meeting is coordinating and remembers who agreed to do what by when.

Huddle stores the commitment, not the confidence. There is no roster import and no membership sync. Wards can share a workbook with their full-time missionaries through Google Sheets — only names, assignments and dates ever cross that line.

For the room in a ward's weekly missionary coordination meeting: the ward mission leader, assigned members of the Relief Society, elders quorum and Primary presidencies, the ward missionaries, youth representatives, and the full-time missionaries. Access is by invitation.
